Cleveland’s premier office tower, Key Center is an integrated, mixed-use complex consisting of a 57-story, Class-A office tower, 400-room hotel, and parking structure. Constructed in 1991, the iconic office tower is the tallest building in Ohio and offers tremendous views of Lake Erie, Cleveland Browns Stadium, and City Hall. The building’s namesake tenant, KeyBank, is one of the nation’s largest bank-based financial services companies. As part of KeyBank’s 15-year extension at the property signed in 2013, they will exit nearly 200,000 square feet of space at the property in June 2015. Over half of this space has already been leased to global law firm BakerHostetler at a roll-up from the previous rate.
